Our Year 1 children enjoyed a fascinating Toy Workshop, where they discovered toys from three generations of one family, including some that were nearly 100 years old. From teddy bears and figurines to train sets, books and a large dolls' house with furniture, they learned how toys were made from different materials and how they have changed over time. WOW Day was a great success! The children looked amazing and loved sharing their future career ideas. We had lots of fun running a restaurant and a hospital, as well as taking part in firefighter fitness exercises, giving the children a chance to explore different jobs and careers through role play and practical activities.
